  9. The program and its data (graphics and soundfiles) are Freeware. You may
  10. copy it freely, however you are not allowed to spread any altered version
  11. of it. PD-Distributors are allowed to offer this program in their library
  12. without my prior consent, as long as they supply all files (including this
  13. text). In adition, I would ask you to notify me when offering this program
  14. in your PD-series. You are not required to do so, but I would like to keep
  15. track of who is distributing it and whom to send future updates.

  27. The program SHOULD run on all PAL-Amigas with at least 1MB RAM, but
  28. I haven´t been able to test it on every possible configuration.
  29. (The program needs approximately 500KB FREE memory, otherwise you might
  30. run out of memory when trying to show a graphic or play a sample.)

  35. Simply drag the "SimpsonGuide"-Drawer to whatever partition you want and
  36. run the program from there. You can even change the name of the drawer,
  37. but the sub-directories containing the data ("Graphics", "Samples", "Text")
  38. must always be in the same directory as the Main program.

  40. AMOS-Version/AmigaGuide-Version

  43. Originally I wrote "The Simpson Murder Mystery" as an AmigaGuide-Document.
  44. But since I wanted to make it available to all Amiga-Users, I soon
  45. developed the AMOS-Version that should run on all operating systems.
  46. I haven´t yet decided whether to update the AmigaGuide-Version in the
  47. future. But if there isn´t enough interest in it, I might only update the
  48. AMOS-program. So if you want to receive updates for both versions, please
  49. let me know.
